Guess who’s back? After a three-year hiatus, Adele finally appeared with some new music from the follow-up to her Grammy-winning album, 21.

According to Complex, the 27-year-old songbird unveiled a snippet of her new song during a commercial break of a recent episode of The X Factor.

Over a somber piano chord, Adele sings, “Hello, It's me / I was wondering if, after all these years, you'd like to meet / To go over everything / They say that time's supposed to heal you / But I ain't done much healing.”

After the clip went viral on social media, singer-songwriter Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic fame) confirmed the news that it is in fact Adele singing the song.

There's no official word on the song title or when the full version of the track will premiere on the internet.

It's been a few years since we've heard any new material from Adele and fans have been patiently waiting. Check out fans' reactions to the snippet below.
