Even the Queen of Soul gets sick sometimes. Aretha Franklin cancelled her performance at the funeral of goddaughter Whitney Houston.Franklin’s rep told CNN that the singer is under the weather and thus unable to perform at the service. Franklin did, however, sing a tribute to Houston on Friday (Feb. 17) at Radio City Music Hall in New York.

The service will still feature performances from Stevie Wonder, R. Kelly, Alicia Keys and gospel singers BeBe Winans and Kim Burrell. Speakers at the memorial include Houston’s ‘The Bodyguard’ costar Kevin Costner, cousin Dionne Warwick and sister-in-law Patricia Houston, as well as Tyler Perry, mentor Clive Davis and Bishop T.D. Jakes.

Houston’s private funeral is reserved only for close family and friends of the singer. However, to allow fans to memorialize and grieve the ‘I Will Always Love You’ powerhouse, the funeral is streaming live online for fans right now.
