Ariana Grande recently reunited with rapper-producer Mac Miller on his The Divine Feminine album track "My Favorite Part" (well, musically; the two have been romantically united since at least late August), and they revealed the music video on December 12. The clip finds the real-life couple yearning for each other from nearish-afar.

Like the song itself — which is reminiscent of Musiq Soulchild's 2000 R&B classic "Just Friends (Sunny)"— the Luis Perez-directed video channels an early '00s vibe with its saturated, reds-heavy color palette. But it opens in black and white, with Grande and Miller playing neighbors who have a silent movie-style captioned exchange before pining for each other in their separate apartments. Symbolic flooding and psychic cuddling ensues (you'll see).

"I love you @larryfisherman," Ariana wrote on an Instagram post announcing the video, featuring the two making out. "We made another cool duet and I like your singing voice." Awww. Ariana first teamed up with Mac on Yours Truly's debut single, "The Way," back in 2013.
