It's been nearly three weeks since the passing of Mac Miller, who died from an apparent overdose on Sept. 7. While his loved ones grieve, including his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande, it appears the pop star is coping by finding comfort in his furry companion.

In a video uploaded to Grande's Instagram account yesterday (Sept. 24), the "My Favorite Part" songstress is seen cuddling Mac's dog, a pitbull mix named Myron that he adopted in January 2017. "All the kisses. happy fall," she captioned the clip.

Mac Miller took in Myron when he was 3-month-old puppy at Wylder's Holistic Pet Center & Rescue, according to reports.

Though Grande previously said their relationship grew toxic in the end, she has been mourning heavily and decided stay out of the limelight so she can "heal and mend," according to her team. "She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. She thanks her fans for understanding," the statement read.

Aside from Mac's death, Ariana Grande is also dealing with the aftermath of Manchester bombing that occurred at one of her concerts in May 2017. Miller remained by her side after she flew back to Boca Raton, Fla. from Manchester, England the next day.

Grande confirmed they were dating a couple years back on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. In May 2018, rumors began circulating that their union had come to end. In her Instagram story confirming the breakup, the singer wrote, "Unconditional love is not selfish it is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment, it's not you. I can't wait to know and support you forever and I'm so proud of you!!"
