Kaz in the morning, with help of DJ Nahum Ray, had a little fun this morning of Cinco De Mayo by holding a "Cinco De May-o" contest. Rules are simple enough, two contestants have a mayonnaise eating contest - the first to down all 4 packets of mayo is declared the winner. Gene and Kathy were brave enough to step up to the plate. See what happened and how it went down after the jump.
Our first excursion during our stay at the Beaches Boscobel Luxury Included Resort and Golf Club was a catamaran cruise on the beautiful and exciting oceans after a morning full of "liquid sunshine."
The highlight of the cruise was lying on the "trampoline" on the front, a series of criss-crossed ribbons that form a webbing with nothing but ocean several feet beneath, and being splashed as the catamaran crested the waves. We also stopped for a while to swim in the ocean, which was surprisingly warm, and even found a starfish and several sea urchins by diving down to the bottom. On the short ride back to the resort, the crew taught us some Jamaican dancing, and the DJ mixed in a few fun American songs for us to enjoy.
We are here at the beautiful Beaches Boscobel Resort and Golf Club.
We arrived last night, and my top three impressions from the resort, and Jamaica in general, can be read after the jump.

If there's one talent moms have, it's their killer poker face. That's why you may not have noticed any disappointment from gifts you've given her on a holiday, birthday or Mother's Day in the past, from macaroni necklaces to wilted bouquets. And though we're sure you've given her lots of things she adores, you don't want to make the mistake of giving her something she doesn't.
Here's a list of five things to avoid handing over on Mother's Day:
You don't have to be of Mexican heritage to partake in Cinco de Mayo festivities, or even to throw your own bash.

Whether you're tight on cash or simply want to shower mom with gifts from the heart, opting for the DIY route is a great alternative to storebought treats. And even though she'll love anything you get her, she'll definitely notice -- and appreciate -- the extra bit of elbow grease you put into Mother's Day this year.
Below, a few instructional videos on how to make creative Mother's Day gifts from scratch.
Because of Emancipation Day, a little known Washington D.C. holiday that this year is being celebrated on April 15, US taxpayers had until April 18 to file their taxes.
For some people that still won't be enough time to get all their papers in order. If you find yourself in that boat, you can file for an extension with the IRS.
It's important to remember that filing an extension doesn't extend the due date for any money you owe the IRS, and you will have to pay interest and possibly penalties on any money you send to the government after the April 18 deadline.
Read on for advice, from the IRS website, on who should and shouldn't file for an extension.
While doing (and paying) your taxes is the opposite of a good time, there are some taxes that are so ridiculous, they're actually kind of fun.
Well, maybe not so fun if you actually live in one of these states. Check out our list of seven ridiculous state taxes:
We imagine that at this point in the spring season, you've stocked up on loads of chocolate (or are anticipating a victorious post-Easter candy sale), faux grass and enough hardboiled eggs to live off of for the next six months. You've probably even posed with the Easter bunny, or at least passed one or two in the mall. But do you know why Easter is affiliated with such unique traditions?
One of the few joys of tax preparation is making deductions and watching your bill from Uncle Sam get lower and lower.
Here's a list of five expenses that might be tempting to deduct, but are strictly forbidden by the IRS.
