Hi I'm Micah, but I've gone by Cefus since ever since I signed on with 92.9 The Bull in November of 2000. I've done just about every job here at the radio station for the past 15 years. I've also had the honor of being a 3-term mayor of Yakima. I am married to the love of my life, Kristina who has the same love and passion for country music. I am also a life long fan of WWE, and huge supporter of Goldust! I love the Seahawks and spending time with those I love.

Seattle Punter Offers to Meet Haters to Fight at Recess
The Seattle Seahawks stomped the Arizona Cardinals, putting themselves in the drivers seat to win the NFC West and become the No. 1 seed in the NFC heading into the postseason. The incredible performance by the Seahawks saw a minor distraction when kicker Steven Hauschka missed 3 field goals during last nights game.

Heed the Signs: What to Remember at Terror on the Ave
When I first stepped foot into Terror on the Ave, I thought it was interesting to see how an old furniture store could morph into a haunted attraction. I myself am not a big fan of horror movies or having someone pop out and freak you out to the point you hyperventilate, but I did have fun going through the different rooms and seeing things you don't see every day...
Cefus and the Wine Country Crushers Brave Terror on the Ave [VIDEO]
Terror on the Ave was a blast Thursday night, and having the Wine Country Crushers there made it even more fun!

This led to "What if we were WWE Superstars?" We all know that is a superfan's dream...

How Should Yakima Handle the State’s New Marijuana Law? [MAYOR’S BLOG]
We truly are living in historical times. I never would have thought that I would have a hand in deciding how the City of Yakima handles the implementation of the new marijuana law. The State has a long list of rules and process that will be in place by the end of the year.
Exclusive First Look Inside The New Eisenhower High School [PHOTOS]
Today I had the opportunity to tour the new Eisenhower High School. Superintendent Dr. Elaine Beraza led our group around the giant structure which is expected to open for school in a little under two weeks.
Panhandling Prevention Moving Through the Process – Mayor’s Blog
Parking Meters and other ideas to help curb panhandling are working their way to the Yakima City Council. A total of 12 'giving meters' are suggested as a pilot program, to be installed in downtown Yakima. The goal is to reduce panhandling. People can put money into these meters, and it will go directly toward organizations that provide services to the homeless population. The proposal goes throug
