This list was calculated on how many items were on sale and at what percentage the sale is of its retail price.

1. JCPenney (68%)
2. Kohl's (67%)
3. Stage (64%)
4. Groupon (64%)
5. Belk (60%)

Looking at the bottom of the list, they say the worst place to go shopping on Black Friday, if you're looking for deals, is Costco. No matter how you may be lured there by their polish sausages and churros they don't have as great of deals as any other store on this list.

Also interesting to see businesses like Amazon and Walmart near the end of the list. It could be the percentage is skewed as, sure, they have several items on sale but their prices were pretty low to begin with.

Other businesses like Toys R Us and GameStop are on the south-end of the list, too. They may not need as much help since they're specialty stores so people would be going there anyways without as much competition.
