What's a great way to inspire your kids to create this summer?

Think about something that you have continuously done that has only caused you irritation, or heartache, insert whatever you are feeling, and remove it tonight. Make a distinct decision to say I am no longer chained to INSERT ACTION.

You could meditate, go for a walk, do yoga or just take a quick peek at that beauty and reassure yourself that everything is going to be ok

Escape to the second floor of Valley Mall Wednesdays for Kids Club! A free-themed event filled with activities for the little ones. If you've got wranglers or a hat or cowboy boots, wear them because this week's theme is Western!

Are you ready to have some free fun with the kids? Valley Mall's Kids Club is back for the summer and week two is all about the red, white and blue!

The stuff you love has really weird stops and starts so at the very least take away this challenge. Do the things you love as often as you can. Throw caution to the wind when anxiety tells you not to go for it and keep doing it as long as you're able.

A rule to live by, go for it. Always. Even when you're scared. Even when it's uncomfortable because the good stuff is in that sweet spot when you learn to let go.
