We've had several people suggest visiting the Peppermint Stick in Union Gap and I couldn't agree more. Today we took Baby Joel to see what The Peppermint Stick was all about.

We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Baby Joel was presently surprised on the classic diner look of this place. I appreciated the fact they had pinball.

Plenty of menu items; so many so that they actually have a secondary board with hand-written items as well. I opted for a bacon cheese burger on a pretzel bun and Baby Joel grabbed a Jamaican burger. Both came with fries and Baby Joel's new favorite idea - Fry sauce!

Everything is made fresh in-house from the fries to their legendary shakes. We grabbed a milkshake on the way out and went on our way.

Everything at The Peppermint Stick is top notch and made fresh. There is no substitute for the real thing. It doesn't matter where you live in the valley, making a trip to the south end of Main Street in Union Gap is well worth the trip.
