Cher was honored with the prestigious Icon award at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards tonight (May 21). But before she picked up her award from Gwen Stefani, who later presented the pop star with the golden mic, Cher did a special performance of two classic hits.

First, she took us back to 1999 chart-topping hit, "Believe." And as if we were back in the music video, she was dressed in white and silver and sported a glittery heart pasty. She always did know how to hardly wear anything but keep all the important bits covered. Not only did Cher prove that she's experimented with auto-tune before it was a thing but she also danced with her crew of backup dancers.

She then had a quick costume and wig change to sport the iconic black sheer and leather outfit from the 1989 track, "Turn Back Time." And if you thought that she may have lost the vocal power, Cher instantly proved you wrong as she belted her way through the track. But what made this part of the performance more entertaining was the fact that everyone from Vanessa Hudgens to Ansel Elgort was singing their hearts out along with her.

And when she finally received her award, Cher reminded everyone that she's been doing this for a long time, she turned 71 yesterday (May 20), and she can still do a plank longer than you.

We toast to Cher for her 50+ years of music and entertainment!
