It looks like Common's new album, 'Nobody's Smiling,' has sprung a leak ahead of it's release on Tuesday (July 22). The latest LP track getting buzz on the Internet is his duet with Jhene Aiko called 'Blak Majik.'

Over a looping "black magic" vocal sample, the Chicago rhymer dos what he does best -- spit bars. Com boasts about his lyrical skills, name-checks his ex-girlfriend Erykah Badu and salutes his beloved hometown.

"Who in the game had the baddest hoes /
N----s seen Badu's ass and say, 'I seen what you was on' /
Homegrown with no home phone
/ From the city of wind / N---- win or go home
/ It's the Chi bulls--- I'm on / Make a dome from a brick and a pocket full of stones," he raps.

Aiko is regulated to chorus duties, much to our chagrin. We wanted the singer to have a more prominent role on the song than just singing on the hook. Nevertheless, it's nice to hear her angelic voice on a hard-edged track.

"I called it ‘Blak Majik’ because I say we make something out of nothing," he told Rap-Up about the song. "It’s also a feel-good, fun song, but it’s hard, it’s rough.”

“Jhene Aiko is an artist that I truly respect,” he added. “I think she has a unique voice in music, in culture."
