Condoms Found in Trick-or-Treating Bags on Halloween

There are reports coming in from a town I used to live in, Casper, WY, on a house that was handing out condoms instead of candy for Halloween. What if this happened to your child? What would you do?

K2Radio is reporting that a grandmother found a Trojan condom in her grandchild's trick-or-treating bag. She emailed them with her outrage and they were even able to speak with her about it.

These were handed out near a local junior high school and maybe the home was handing those out to older kids but accidentally handed these to the kids whose great-grandmother emailed in. The children were 5 and 8 years old so there's no way they could've been mistaken for being teens.
