As soon as I heard there was going to be Deep Fried Butter at the Central Washington State Fair this year, I couldn't wait to try it. Unfortunately, I tried to take video of taking my first initial bite but it didn't record. Believe me, it's as good as you think it is bad for you. It tastes like toast with too much butter. A little cinnamon and sugar or some raspberry preservative to dip in it and it's out of this world. When you jab your fork into the doughy balls of butter, the butter just kind of melts out.

I had had a couple of them, then sat them aside for a while. A few hours later, I decided to give it another shot. I know they're good when they're fresh, but how do they stand up when they're cold? Let's see:
