I recently came across a list of the Most Banned Wedding Songs. As I was going down the list, I agreed with a few of them. A FEW. Now, I've DJ'd a good number of weddings in the past, and the majority of these songs are MUST PLAY songs. Either requested by the bride, bridal party or a wedding guest. The great thing about wedding receptions is that you can hear and dance to songs that you'd normally never listen to on your own.

The No. 1 most banned song is "The Chicken Dance," followed by "The Cha-Cha Slide" and then the "Macarena."

Also on the list; "The Cupid Shuffle," "YMCA," "Happy," "Love Shack," "Watch Me (Whip / Nae Nae)," "Celebration," "Shout" ...

Check out the rest of the list! I think you'll agree that most of these are wedding "must-plays"... or am I wrong?
