I Forgot To Pick Up My Kid The Other Day, And I Feel Just Horrible!

Something drastic happened to me the other day and it just made me have an "I Need A Hug From Oprah" moment.

I forgot to pick up my child from daycare!

There I was, just lollygagging and having a good old time hanging out with co-workers and getting some work done, when it dawned on me that I was supposed to have done something VERY important. I stood there in shock as I realized I was 45 minutes late from picking up my child from daycare!

Has this ever happened to you? Have you forgotten to pick up your child on time from school or after school activities? Didn't you just feel like the most rotten parent ever? GEEZ!
