Funny Small Print on Bert’s Pub Menu

My wife and I were at one of my favorite places in town, Bert's Pub, when my wife noticed the fine print. It started out standard issue until she read the rest.

If you're having trouble reading it, it says:

The state of Washington wants you to know that consuming raw or undercooked meat or seafood increases the risk of sickness or even death, our chef would like you to know that overcooking meat or seafood is a crying shame.

I don't know how many times I've looked at that menu and I've never noticed that. I'm usually first to find little hidden messages or easter eggs in things like this.
