'Jersey Shore' cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, will not be facing jail time for an incident that happened in 2009 for a fight he was involved in.  He was ordered to attend a pretrial intervention program for 18 months.

The incident happened in 2009, during the first season of  'Jersey Shore'.  Ronnie was involved in a boardwalk fight with another man where he had punched him in his face, which was caught on tape. He could of got 5 years in jail, but instead he was reduced to pretrial intervention and community services.

He will continue to work and be apart of the show, as long he is on good behavior.  The 'Jersey Shore' cast just finished wrapping up their 4th season of the show from Italy and will debut in August.
