After releasing her breakout album, 'Devotion' in 2012, Jessie Ware is back with 'Tough Love,' a fluid track that centers on relationship ups and downs.

Bringing back the synthy beats, Jessie relies on her falsetto throughout the effort, giving it a breathy and delicate feel. 'Tough Love' delves into a woman who keeps loving a man who just won't return the feeling. This leaves her a bit heartbroken. While many would probably leave the situation, she still sticks around.

"It’s a really good sign that you hold my mind is true / And I’ve been thinking of what to say all night to you / So you wanna be a man about it, do you? / And have you figured out all you wanted, have you? / When your heart becomes a million different pieces / That's when you won't be able to recognize this feeling," Jessie sings.

Co-written and produced by BenZel, 'Tough Love' is an example of what to expect from Jessie's upcoming album.

"I had just finished a run of shows in the States and went to N.Y., to work with BenZel for a couple weeks, mainly as a different focus to touring. I didn't have any expectations or pressures with what would come out of those two weeks, and think 'Tough Love' sums this up. It was me experimenting with my voice and having fun with it. It just felt right and kind of dictated the route of the next album, much like 'Devotion' did on my first album," the 29-year-old U.K. native says.

While there is no set release date, reports reveal that she's been working with Miguel, Ed Sheeran and Kid Harpoon on the project.
