For all the bad press he's been getting for his vehicular exploits and general bratty behavior, Justin Bieber still puts Beliebers first, especially those who are special, sick and have medical issues.

The Biebs took time out to meet with Marisa Cox, a little girl with Down syndrome who has endured a whopping 35 surgeries throughout her life, the most recent being a kidney transplant.

Marisa's mother toiled tirelessly so that her daughter, 8, could meet The Biebs; and as you can see in the video above, her face lit up whenever the singer's name was mentioned. What's miraculous about this story is that her mother said that whenever they'd play The Biebs' movie 'Never Say Never,' Marisa would perk up and appeared to recover more quickly. There's something "healing" about The Biebs for her and that's utterly amazing!

In the heartwarming clip, we see Marisa get a mani, a pedi and her hair done in big curls in anticipation of her meeting with the singer in San Diego on Saturday, June 22. She was uber presh.

We're so glad that despite all the negative press he is getting, JB is still does the right thing when it comes to his fans.

He shared a pic of Marisa planting a big ol' smooch on his cheek and wrote: "One of the best parts of the job. nice meeting you Marisa. stay strong for me!"

Aw!!! Adorbs!
