Kanye West Shows Support for Caitlyn Jenner in ‘I Am Cait’ Premiere [VIDEO]

Kanye West was among the early supporters of Caitlyn Jenner coming out publicly, and on the series premiere of E!’s reality series I Am Cait, we see how much the rapper admires Caitlyn for her courage.

On the episode, Yeezy and his wife, Kim Kardashian, stopped by Caitlyn’s house to have some family time. Caitlyn's mother and sister Pam also joined.

“Kanye and I have never been really close,” Cait says in the segment. “But I love his open-mindedness and I loved how he has helped Kim come to grips to what’s going on.”

During their conversation, West gives props to Caitlyn for her courageous move in coming out and telling the world "this is who I am."

"I think it’s one of the strongest things that have happened in our existence as human beings, that are so controlled by perception," he says. "You couldn’t have been up against more. Your daughter’s a supermodel, you’re a celebrity. Every type of thing, and it was still like, ‘F--- it everybody, this is who I am.'"

There's also a funny conversation with Pam about West's all-white sock shoes. She was wondering why they were untied before the "All Day" rapper informed her that his kicks were made to fit around his feet and that shoelaces were an "after the fact."

"I just wanna be cool," says a giddy Pam.
