Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have finalized their divorce and have officially signed all the accompanying paperwork, according to TMZ.

The site reports that the former couple reached a property settlement and submitted the necessary documents. The divorce will be rendered official once a judge signs off on it, which is expected to happen next month -- six months after Khloe re-filed the divorce papers, as per California law.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star initially filed for divorce from Odom back in 2013 but it was never finalized as the couple continually tried to work things out over the following two years. Odom’s near-fatal overdose last October also caused the pair to put a pause on the proceedings while he recovered.

Khloe re-filed in May and has since begun dating NBA player Tristan Thompson, according to PEOPLE.

“Khloé has been spending a lot of time in Cleveland with Tristan,” a source reportedly told the site. “She’s very supportive of him, and they are getting serious. They really dig each other a lot, and she’s planning to spend more and more time out there with him.”

Odom, meanwhile, is reportedly “in a good place,” following his October 2015 overdose, according to a separate PEOPLE report.

“He wants to work again and he wants to be healthy. Everyone who cares about Lamar hopes there won’t be any scares again,” the source said.
