A restaurant in New York is now under fire for serving 3 children, between the ages of 2 and 7, mimosas.

The DeRoo family attended brunch at Bazil Restaurant, and after their children were brought what they thought was regular OJ, the kids started complaining about the taste; but after mom DeRoo tasted the OJ, she just assumed that it was a different brand then what their kids were used too.

After a near-by brunch goer offered their assumptions that the OJ looked more like a mimosas, The DeRoos complained to the restaurant workers, who replaced the spiked juice with milk.

The kids "acted drunk" and slept most of that day and the next, which parents assumed was coinciding with a hangover.
