She's back!

Lady Gaga broke her Twitter silence to announce her 'ARTPOP' release date and drop some of the album's artwork. The brunette beauty rocks some weird white and clear plastic half-mask, but that's no here no there -- she still looks fantastic.

Mother Monster revealed that ‘ARTPOP’ will drop on Nov. 11 as both an album and an app, calling the effort “a rage of electronic passion and fury.” Alright.

Gaga broke the news via a somewhat baffling statement on her Little Monsters site, describing the project as “a musical and visual engineering system that combines music, art, fashion and technology” and claiming that the listener/user will feel  the “adrenaline of fame” through their veins.

At least when she broke her hip she didn't break her sense of overwhelming pretension.

Further driving that point home? Gaga also insists that ‘ARTPOP’ "alters the human experience with social media in a Warholian way."

To further sell her third record, Gaga's hosting an ‘artRAVE’ with Dutch fashion photographers Inez & Vinoodh as well as balloon artist Jeff Koons on Nov. 10. Because Gaga.

The first 'ARTPOP' single is out Aug. 19. Here's hoping it can live up to the hype. Considering she can actually sing her ass off, it shouldn't be this hard of a sell.
