Lindsay Lohan is at it again, this time suing Pitbull and Neyo for the song "Give Me Everything"...there is a line in the sing that she doesn't like ...this has been confirmed through CNN which has all the details.

Her lawyer is the some one that represented her in her lawsuit against E*Trade and the milk-o-holic Lindsey baby in their recent commercial...

A line from the single goes, “Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin' / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan," and the actress is also lodging her complaint against the song's writers Ne-Yo and Afrojack.

The suit claims that "By virtue of [the song's] wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about [Lohan] are destined to do irreparable harm."

The suit alleges that the appearance of her name in the song,  which it says was used without her consent, "causes [Lohan] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants."

Lohan claims in the lawsuit that she is “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild.” She's suing under New York civil rights laws that protect people from having their name exploited for commercial benefit.

Ovadia tells CNN the suit was filed in New York’s Nassau County on Friday. The suit seeks unspecified damages along with an injunction to halt broadcasts and reproductions of the song.

Pitbull and Ne-Yo won't be commenting, and DJ/producer Afrojack seems to have taken to Twitter.

"Did you guys hear I might be getting sued by lindsey lohan?" he wrote on Saturday. "Is judge judy still on[?]"
