A club event in Virginia Beach that was hosted by Jeezy ended with shots fired and a man dead.

The incident happened early Saturday morning (Aug. 27) at Club Embassy. Jeezy was hosting a "birthday bash" at the venue when shots rang out around 1:35 a.m., reports the Virginia Pilot.

Footage has surfaced online of the aftermath of the hectic scene (above). In it, someone can be seen trying to resuscitate the victim who is lying on the floor surround by people. "Boy shot in the head at #YoungJeezy event at a club in Virginia,” reads the caption on the post from Twitter user @Fameolous.

Details of what happened have not been given by police who stated the man died from an “apparent gunshot wound.” The victim has since been identified by the mother of the his unborn child on social media as Demetrius Darnell McCloud, also known as “Yang." A GoFundMe account has been set up in his name.

This club has seen its fair share of violence. According to the Pilot this is the fourth shooting at the club in the last two years.

Jeezy is not a newbie to being at shows where people in the crowd get totally out of hand. In March 2015, a day party he and T.I. were hosting in North Carolina ended in gunfire. Two people were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

In 2012, a Snowman concert was canceled in Toronto when a man was shot before Young even took the stage.
