Mike The ‘Situation’ Suing Abercrombie

The ‘Jersey Shore’ Star is suing the clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch for using ‘The Situations’ fame to sell its product.  Back in August the clothing company asked that the show stop wearing their product because it’s damaging their image.  Between the show and the clothing company there was suppose to be a pay out but Sorrentino said there never was.  Sorrentino says the company is using his sayings like “The Fitchunation” and “GTL” on T-Shirts.
