Miley Cyrus or Justin Bieber in Drag?

Not that I shop for Cosmopolitan magazine, but when I saw the Jan. cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine. I couldn't help but think it looked like Justin Bieber in drag. Looking closer I noticed it was Miley Cyrus. Duh, why would a man be on the cover, let alone Justin.

Well, If the Biebs ever wanted to join the other team, I think a Miley Cyrus look alike would be a perfect fit.

Watch out Vegas look-a-likes hear comes Justin!
