The sixth annual “Minors Moniker Madness” – a contest to determine which player has the best name in all of minor league baseball as determined by fan votes - is underway for 2012 with 64 unique and funny names from across the Minors.

Yakima Bears outfielder Yogey Perez-Ramos has advanced to the second round after defeating Randolph Oduber to make the cut and is now just one of 32 remaining players.

He is pitted against Jamestown Jammers pitcher Helpi Reyes
