New Bachelor’s Degree Program Offered at YVCC

Beginning in the fall of 2014, Yakima Valley Community College will offer a bachelor of applied science degree in business management.

The program is designed for prospective students who have earned an associate’s degree and need a pathway to pursue a bachelor’s degree. YVCC’s program combines lower division technical and transfer courses with upper division credits in business management, resulting in an application-oriented, four-year degree. The bachelor of applied science degree will enable graduates to apply for admission into many university master’s degree programs or enter the work force.

YVCC is now accepting applications. The deadline for priority consideration is May 30, 2014, with notification by June 30, 2014.
