Prince Releases New Song, ‘Screw Driver’

Only days after Billboard magazine revealed its new issue featuring Prince and the emergence of new music via the Twitter page @3rdeyegirl, the singer releases a new song, 'Screw Driver,' on his revamped website.

The track appears as a lyric video on the site. In the clip, Prince plays his guitar with a new all-female backing band while his lines dance across the screen. Moving toward a more rock and roll sound with fuzzy guitar, 'Screw Driver' goes back to his 'Purple Rain' days. And with lyrics like, "I'm your driver, you're my screw," how can you not think this to be an eccentrically fun song?
