According to Pusha-T, Kanye West is no longer donning the President Trump-branded MAGA hat.

Appearing on The Daily Show last night (Dec. 18,) Push chatted about his Grammy-nominated Daytona album and the Drake beef, among other things, before the topic turned to Yeezy and that hat.

Bringing up the fact that Pusha had previously referred to the MAGA hat as this generation's KKK hood, The Daily Show host Trevor Noah asked Push how he felt about the fact that his friend and business partner wore the hat it with pride.

"He doesn't anymore," Pusha quickly replied before Trevor could even finish his question. "He stopped. He stopped, though."

During the Daytona sessions, the hat was in full force, however, and Push made note of the difficulty of not being a yes-man during a time he needed Kanye to be in his corner.

"Can you imagine having those conversations while he's trying to make my album?" Pusha asked. "He basically has my life in his palm and I have to tell him that I hate something. We always have real conversations, though. Always. I think that's why me and him connect so well and I think that's why Daytona came out so well. It's a give and take. If I don't like something, I say it and he tries to correct it, and so on and so forth."

The pair then got into a dialog about mental health and the hip-hop community, with Push admitting that he'd previously been ignorant to the issue at large, but that he hopes there will be more of an open dialogue around mental health as people like Kanye bring more awareness to the issues.

Vic Mensa recently addressed Kanye's mental health in an interview on Hot 97's Ebro In The Morning, saying he's no longer mad at Kanye for supporting Trump because he recently realized how serious bi-polar disorder and things of that nature are, due to a close family member going through a similar experience.
