Hungry?

Here is my recipe for a quick hummus pita snack with some unexpected ingredients!

Hummus spread of your choice
Whole Kernel Corn (cooked) (Microwaves are your best friend!)
Parsley Flakes
Dash of Cumin
Canned Chicken (love me some Costco for that!)
Black Beans (cooked)

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Spread it all on the Pita Bread with a fork! You can eat it like a pita sandwich, or just break pieces of the pita break apart and spread the mix on individual bits. It’s so freaking yummy!!! Makes a great appetizer for the wee ones, too. (If they’ll even try it lol!)
