After not-so-subtly hinting about new music on Wednesday night (March 25), Rihanna dropped clips of her single, "Bitch Better Have My Money."

Because Rihanna is never one to follow convention, she chose an unexpected route of debuting the teasers: an app. She shared a link on Twitter, telling fans to head to Dubsmash to get a first listen of "BBHMM."

Be warned, the app offers the intro and outro of the song. It's a cruel tease for the Rihanna Navy, but at least it offers up some glimpse of what we can expect.

The beginning has dream-like quality before the bassline kicks in and Rihanna asserts "Bitch better have my money." She is not messing around here. Rihanna's confidence is at peak levels, guys.

The outro features a deep male voice chanting the same sentiment in an equally dramatic setting. You can check out the teasers below.

The teasers are almost torturous in that they're so short, but luckily Capital Xtra reports that the full single is expected to drop sometime Thursday (March 26). *Fist pump*

While we don't know for sure why Rihanna chose to tease her single on Dubsmash, we can give you a little more info about the app itself. According to the app store, Dubsmash allows you to:

1. Choose a famous sound
2. Record a video on it
3. Send the dubbed video to your friends

It's a cool, innovative way to share sound, so we're not surprised that Rihanna is using this platform. She's not the first artist to experiment with releasing music on an app. In November 2014, Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson released "Home to Mama" on the Fahlo app.
