It was only a matter of time before an enemy as insidious (something something Darth Sidious joke) as the Empire of the Star Wars movies began to invade the real world. Ahead of the premiere of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, IMAX theaters across the country are setting up large standees to advertise the movie — and to pump our brains full of subliminal messages. Apparently, there are hidden codes and phrases amongst the text written on the posters, and now we know what some of them mean.

The standees are modeled after those posters that came out earlier this month featuring all of the Rogue One characters with the Death Star blueprints projected onto their faces. The expert linguists over at Comicbookmovie.com decoded some of the text, which is written in Aurebesh, the one common language that unites the far, far away galaxy together. Most of the text is just meaningless letters, possibly some kind of code, but there are six phrases that can be translated directly into English:

Join the Empire

Submit to our will

All power to the Empire

Crush the Rebellion in one swift stroke

This station is the ultimate power in the universe

There will be no one to stop us this time

Ooooooh. Not only that, if you take a selfie in front of one of these standees — a list of all the participating theaters and contest details can be found here — you get a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles and your own private IMAX screening of Rogue One before it premieres.
