‘Safe Sitter Classes’ Teach Baby Sitters Life Skills to Better Themselves
A great way to earn money when you're younger is to offer yourself as a baby sitter. And to make sure your kids are prepared for anything, try attending a safe-sitter class offered at Children's Village. The course teaches CPR, how to handle emergencies and other life skills.
Among other things, these one-day classes will teach you rescue techniques, basic first aid, infant and child CPR and what to do if a child is choking. It's a fun, interactive class.
The courses are offered on June 15, 18 and 22, July 8, 20 and 24 and Aug. 4.
The $40 fee includes the one-day class, a safe-sitter manual and a completion card.
