Sunday morning at 2:00 a.m. is when the big practical joke that everyone is in on occurs again. Yup, time to set our clocks back one hour before hitting the sheets on Saturday night as we "fall back" to standard time.

The good news? Extra hour of sleep!
The bad news? The chances of you being assaulted on Monday go UP by 3%!
A study by done at the University of Pennsylvania showed that there are actually more assaults committed when we get an extra hour of sleep as opposed to losing one.

Maybe best to just stay in bed ALL DAY!

Don't forget! When you change your clocks, the National Safety Council suggests also taking the opportunity to conduct safety checks around the home. That includes checking the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, reviewing your family emergency plan, taking unwanted or expired medicines to a prescription drop box, and updating your first aid kit.

Daylight saving time will resume at 2:00 am on Sunday, March 11th, 2018 when clocks will “spring forward” one hour.
