This fundraiser is giving people something to taco 'bout!

The La Casa Hogar nonprofit organization is hosting a brand new celebration of Mexican migrant workers who have been instrumental in the harvest of Yakima Valley hops that bring us such delicious beer. In fact, over 73% of Yakima Valley hops are used to provide beer for the United States, so this feat is certainly owed a celebration!

Looks like this Saturday, we'll be salivating and celebrating at the Sesiones del Migrante at Bale Breaker Brewing Co., which traveled to Mexico to connect with some local brewers to "concoct" special brews! Some of those brewers will be at the event, ready to meet you! Tacos Los Primos will be there, too, serving delicious tacos.

The Sesiones del Migrante event is giving homage to "5,000 miles, 5 breweries, 2 countries, 1 cause". A portion of the proceeds will be donated to La Casa Hogar! The release party for a specially brewed Mango IPA is scheduled for September.
