When breaking news occurs, mistakes are bound to be had. Unfortunately, one local news anchor for Washington, D.C., Fox affiliate WTTG learned this the hard way last night while reporting on the killing of terrorist leader Osama bin Laden.

Canadian figure skater Eric Radford looked like a hockey player after he completed his pairs routine at the Skating World Championships in Moscow on Tuesday. That's because his partner ,Megan Duhamel, unintentionally elbowed him in the face on the way down from a toss, leaving Radford's nose badly broken and bloodied.

Karina Smirnoff ended Monday night's episode of 'Dancing With the Stars' season 12 on a bit of a low note, when the 33-year-old beauty fell in the middle of the ballroom floor. The tumble happened near the beginning of her Paso Doble routine, when she accidentally slipped on partner Ralph Macchio's coat. Luckily, the pair recover nicely -- enough to receive a score of 24 out of 30 from the judges.

Unless you have formal training in punching things, an arcade boxing machine is not something you should try out in front of other people, as the chance of embarrassment is quite high. That goes double for taking a video of your first attempt at the game, as the two young men in this video so unfortunately learned. (At least we think it's their first time. It has to be.)

The Boston Celtic faithful were none too pleased when the team traded for forward Jeff Green earlier this season. This wasn't so much of a reflection on Green; he's a perfectly adequate NBA role player. Instead, Celtic nation was bummed that the price for acquiring Green included popular center Kendrick Perkins.

Lady Gaga took a bit of a tumble during the Houston, TX, stop of her Monster Ball Tour on Sunday. The pop superstar unfortunately lost her balance while performing her new song, 'You and I,' and quickly found herself flat on her back.
