Selah School District parents were made aware of a social media hoax this morning.

You may see a website getting shared around saying that they're filming parts of the new Star Wars film in Issaquah and are in need of 'hundreds of extras'. I'm here to say, "no, no they are not." Sorry.

I'm sorry, but you're not that interesting. None of us are.

Now that you can add hashtags on Facebook be on the look out for people trying to scam or trick you into thinking Facebook is doing something they shouldn't.
