Now that it's mid-September and signs for a Spirit Halloween seem pretty bleak, you have to remember there were years and years before a Spirit Halloween store existed. Don't wait for Halloween to happen when we have other options for Halloween already existing right here in Yakima...

I saw this John Richard 4-piece framed set of leaves made out of metal from the Neiman Marcus department store. It costs $2,445. Here's how I did my DIY: I spray-painted the leaves and floral picks, let them dry, and then glued them onto the canvas. That was it! I spent less than 40 bucks!

Michaels Arts and Crafts is such a great store in Yakima. I find myself going there about once a month or so and they always have exactly what I need. You can imagine my shock when I heard that my credit and debit card into may have been hacked by a recent security breach.
