Patricia Krentcil, infamously known as "the tanning mom" for taking her five-year-old daughter into a tanning bed, did not endanger her child.
At least, according to a grand jury that refused to indict her of those charges in New Jersey on yesterday.

The 44-year-old woman with bronzed skin was arrested last year when the girl's school observed burns on her daughter's legs.

New Jersey law bans kids from artificially tanning in booths.

Krentcil has reportedly since given up the fake bake.  Good call.
