This Thursday night downtown Yakima will have music in the air from The BGP and Jayleigh Ann & The Lost Boys for Downtown Summer Nights. Get a sneak preview of these awesome bands.

The BGP come to us from the west side of Washington.

In the blue collar town of Tacoma, Washington, a patchwork of friendships forged in adolescence somehow managed to weather the storms of life. What resulted is THE BGP. Describing themselves as a 'modern Hall & Oates,' THE BGP merges session musicianship with a childlike joy for making music. The upshot is a soulful dance party that recalls a simpler time and place.

Jayleigh Ann & The Lost Boys are from right here in the Yakima valley with Jayleigh from East Valley and Issac from Wapato. They're young singer/songwriters who do both original songs and cover songs from a variety of genres, all in their own style.
