Today Was a ‘Other Duties as Assigned’ Day for Me

Do you ever actually look at your job description. If you're like most, you do more than your share. Sure, you do the job you applied for, but you also make your teammates look good, you might act as the janitor by taking out the trash on busy days, you may even have to come in on your day off. With so many people sick at our radio stations today, I did double-duty which included being on the air on another radio station.

Now, I'm no stranger to 94.5 KATS as it was the first radio station I was on the air on before moving to 107.3. It's just that it's been so long that I don't recognize half of these bands anymore. I'm so out of the loop.

I still had fun with it, but today was one of those days where you just have to suck it up and take one for the team to help out your fellow work mates. Who knows, maybe someone on KATS will fill in for me if I'm ever sick on 107.3. Wouldn't that be interesting.
