Trying the Cherry Pie from the Diner in ‘Twin Peaks’

If you find yourself in North Bend, Washington, you can find Twede's Cafe. This is the place used in the show Twin Peaks that's known for cherry pie and, as Agent Dale Cooper puts it, "damn good coffee." Is the cherry pie all that it's cracked up to be? Let's find out.

Verdict: Fantastic!

I'm actually not a fan of cherry pie. Not that I dislike it but, given the option, there are several other pies I'd order first before cherry. As it turns out, Yakima's own Kyle MacLachlan has a great palate for pies. Although Kyle has said in interviews that he preferred apple pie, like myself.
