My arthritic hand is still acting up so I visited the Yakima Hand Clinic to have it checked out. It was the first time I've ever heard of this device called Fluidotherapy. It was warm sand made out of ground cob. Wait, what?

Apparently, they use ground cob (from corn on the cob) to turn it into a sand and have it blow around in this machine. Oddly enough, it felt pretty good. The idea is that it warms up my wrist for the exercises that come after using this machine. I would've left it in here longer, but it's just a warm-up method.

It's one of those things I'd have never seen or heard of if I wasn't going through hand therapy so I thought I'd show it off.
