What’s For Dinner?
Figured since I am on-air right when you are making the mad dash home for the day, maybe I could help out with weeknight meals based on some of the artists we feature on 107.3 KFFM!
Today was my first pick and I went with Ariana Grande
So what does this incredible singer eat?
Ariana’s trainer, Harley Pasternak, describes her diet as essentially, ‘macrobiotic Japanese’, explaining that she loves lotus, adzuki beans, and daikon. A macrobiotic diet is a balanced whole foods diet that’s health promoting and pretty clean. She said she enjoys blueberries, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, carrots, broccoli, bananas, dragon fruit, edamame and acai bowls, all of which are delicious plant-based staples.

Just can't skip the meats of seafoods I would throw some chicken or shrimp into that fancy bowl, I know Ariana wouldn't approve but hey, at least I am sharing both sides of the eating spectrum :)
