The decisions when going to a BBQ when you are a kid are easy. Eat it or don't. When you become an adult that question holds different meaning and the question is what do I bring? :)

Mom and I are going a bit healthy this year so in a bit she's picking me up, we're grabbing coffee and going shopping with the nieces! (updates to come)

I debated making a watermelon basket...that could turn into a disaster.

I also have some laughing cow gouda that needs to be eaten (suggestion on how you would eat it are gladly accepted :)

For this fourth of July I think it's all about the bite size items and the star a corn, avocado and shrimp salad :)
