The holographic image of Tupac Shakur performing at the Coachella Music Festival was not only amazing, it was a little creepy, too. But Tupac wasn’t the only guest who gave a helluva show during Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg‘s entertaining set. Hip-hop heavyweights Eminem, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar and Wiz Khalifa rocked the mic as well.

For Wizzy, performing with two of his rap idols was a fantastic experience in itself. “I went out before the holographic Tupac so I actually didn’t get to share [the stage],” he tells MTV News. “It’s cool. Dr. Dre and Snoop are alive, so that was pretty awesome to be up there with them, but yeah, it was awesome.”

As for the holographic Tupac stunt, the ‘Black and Yellow’ rapper admitted that it give him the creeps. “I don’t know, it kinda freaked me out,” he said.

Dr. Dre told TMZ that he was happy with how the Tupac performance came out and sees the technology advancing to greater experimental levels. “Right now it’s flat, it just looks like it’s three-dimensional from the front,” he explains. “But I’m working on some new and different things for the future … let’s see what happens.”

The virtual Tupac will make a return engagement at this weekend’s Coachella festival during Dre and Snoop’s headlining set on April 22. Don’t miss it!
