I was at a restaurant in Seattle and was surprised to find that, after I got my check, that it stated as clear as anything TIPPING WAS NOT EXPECTED. Looking into this deeper I found out why but, not knowing their secret, would you have left a tip anyways?

What I didn't know, until I read the breakdown of the receipt, was that they already accounted for a tip. At this specific restaurant, they included a non-negotiable 19% interest on the bill. I'm a good tipper so I honestly didn't mind that they already did this for me, but I could see how it would irk some other patrons.

So, I ask you, even if you knew about it or not, would you leave a greater tip even though the tip was pre-included as part of the bill?
