Snoring can be detrimental to a marriage or partnership. Google it. This simple thing has been known as the No. 1 medical cause of divorce. Above impotence!? WTH?

But according to a recent study in Brazil, five simple tongue exercises can reduce snoring.

1.  Push your tongue against the roof of your mouth, and slide it backward 20 times.  BTW, your mouth must be open to complete this exercise.

2.  Keep the tip of your tongue against your bottom teeth and try pushing the REAR of your tongue down.

3.  Sucking your tongue against the roof of your mouth can work as well. First, push your tongue up, creating suction, and use your entire tongue to push against the roof of your mouth.  You must repeat this 19 times for maximum results.

4.  Find your soft palate and lift it 20 times.  Your soft palate is on the roof of your mouth at the very back where it starts getting soft.

5.  Another exercise is pressing your cheek away from your teeth 10 times on each side.  This is if you are not into the tongue exercises.
